You determine your entry time on the date you select. Our hot springs are open from 10:30 a.m. Please double-check the date of your visit; changes are not accepted after the original date of your Day Pass.
- Children between the ages of 2 and 10 are considered "children." They must present an ID or document proving their age. Children under 2 are admitted free.
- Seniors are considered adults 60 years of age and older. They must present identification to prove their age.
- With your DAILY PASS, You can stay as long as you like on the premises, from the time you set for entry until closing time at 7:30 p.m. (Pool use is limited to half an hour before closing time).
- Don't forget to bring your swimsuit, towel, and sandals for your comfort. If you need them, we have robes and towels available for rent.
- Pets, food, and drinks are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited within the facility.
- We recommend bringing your own water bottle to stay hydrated. You can also purchase water at our restaurant.

For returns, you must request them up to 48 hours before the receipt date by sending an email to contacto@termasquimeyco.com, including the order number and explaining the reason for the request . Refunds requested outside of this timeframe will not be issued. If the return conditions are met, 80% of the total purchase amount will be refunded. After this timeframe, and up to the original receipt date, a date change may only be requested up to one year after purchase. No refunds or date changes will be issued after the receipt date.
If you have any problems and need to change your entry date, this must be reported at least 3 days in advance to contacto@termasquimeyco.com with your purchase number or +56946821360
